License

Batter Up is licensed, not sold. You may use the app for personal, team, or coaching purposes according to the app-store terms that apply to your device. You are responsible for entering and sharing only information you are authorized to manage.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, redistribute, or interfere with Batter Up or related services. The app is intended to support game-day lineup organization, planning, and coaching workflows; it is not a league, tournament, medical, or safety authority.

No Guarantee of Game Outcomes

BatterUp helps organize lineup information. It does not guarantee coaching decisions, playing time, game outcomes, statistics, or competitive results.

Coach Plus subscriptions

Coach Plus Monthly and Coach Plus Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions. Eligible accounts may receive a free first month. Pricing, eligibility, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are controlled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account after any eligible trial or purchase confirmation; cancel renewal in your store account settings before the renewal date.

Updates, local data, and contact

Features may change as the app is improved. Local data may be lost if you clear app data or uninstall the app, so keep a backup before changing phones or removing the app. Questions about these terms can be sent to info.statcentral@gmail.com or through Batter Up support.
