Overview

Batter Up is a local-first baseball and softball coaching app for adult coaches, parents, and authorized team managers. This policy explains how the app and its support site handle information.

Information You Provide

Team information you enter, such as player names, jersey numbers, lineups, schedules, game history, notes, and optional team images, is stored on your device. Batter Up does not provide app-owned accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, or a developer-operated database for this information.

Device permissions and sharing

The app requests camera access only when you choose to scan a shared lineup QR code, and photo-library access only when you choose a team image. Files and reports are shared only through the destination you select in your device's share sheet. Batter Up does not receive or operate those destinations.

Subscriptions

Coach Plus subscriptions are purchased, billed, renewed, canceled, restored, and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Batter Up does not collect or store payment-card details. Apple or Google may process purchase and account information under their own privacy policies.

Retention, deletion, and support

Local app information remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or replace it from a backup. If you contact support, you may choose to provide your name, email address, and details of the request; we use that information only to respond.
