Subscriptions and purchases

Basic and Advanced subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use Restore Purchases in BatterUp when needed. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account that made the purchase. Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store.

Local data and backups

BatterUp keeps coaching data locally on your device. Make a backup before deleting the app, clearing app data, or changing devices. STAT Central generally cannot recover local information that has been deleted from your device and is not present in your own backup.
