License and intended use

BatterUp is licensed, not sold. You may use the app for personal, team, or coaching purposes subject to these terms and the terms of the app store through which you obtained it. BatterUp is designed for adult coaches, parents, and authorized team managers. You are responsible for entering, storing, and sharing only information you are authorized to manage.

Coaching tool, not an authority

BatterUp is an organizational and game-day coaching tool. It is not a league, tournament, medical, legal, safety, or eligibility authority. Coaches remain responsible for following the rules and safety requirements that apply to their team and competition.

Subscription plans

BatterUp may offer a free tier plus optional Basic and Advanced auto-renewable subscriptions. Each paid plan is offered on the duration and at the price displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase. Available features for each tier are shown in the app before purchase.

Eligible customers may be offered a one-month free trial. Trial eligibility, regional availability, taxes, pricing, and other store-controlled terms are determined by Apple or Google and are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Renewal, cancellation, restore, and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the store account used to subscribe. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Use BatterUp's Restore Purchases option when appropriate after reinstalling the app or changing devices. Refund decisions and billing disputes are handled by the applicable app store under its policies.

Local data and backups

BatterUp is local-first. Team and game information may be lost if you delete local data, clear app storage, uninstall the app, lose the device, or restore an older backup. Keep an appropriate backup before removing the app or changing devices. STAT Central cannot guarantee recovery of local data that is no longer available on your device or in your own backup.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app or related services, attempt to interfere with their operation, use them to violate applicable law or another person's rights, or redistribute the app except as allowed by the applicable app store and law.

Availability and changes

Features may change as BatterUp is improved. We may correct errors, update compatibility, modify plan features for future periods, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Any material subscription changes remain subject to applicable app-store requirements.

Disclaimer and limitation

BatterUp is provided as a coaching aid and does not guarantee playing time, coaching decisions, statistical accuracy, game outcomes, device availability, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, STAT Central is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
