Pile Leveler is a productivity and reflection app designed to help users organize daily focus, tasks, intentions, and routines.

Pile Leveler stores most app information locally on the user's device.

Pile Leveler does not currently require users to create a Pile Leveler account for normal app use.

Users are responsible for protecting and managing backup files they create.

If a user deletes the app, resets their device, changes devices, or loses access to a device without a usable backup file, local app data may be lost.

Pile Leveler may use local device notifications for:

• reminders
• backup reminders
• task reminders
• quiet-time reminders
• subscription or trial reminders

Notification permissions are optional and controlled by the user through device settings.

Pile Leveler does not sell personal information.

Pile Leveler does not use third-party advertising SDKs or advertising trackers.

Pile Leveler does not intentionally share personal information with data brokers or advertising networks.

Pile Leveler does not currently use:

• advertising analytics SDKs
• behavioral advertising systems

Basic app-store subscription verification may occur through Google Play or Apple services as part of subscription management.

Pile Leveler is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
