About Jeremy

I look for the sentence that starts with, “This technically works, but…”

That sentence usually points to the part of a process costing people the most time, clarity, or confidence.

Practical problem solver. Plain-English guide. Partner before platform.

STAT Central is founder-led so the person listening to the problem is connected to the person shaping the solution.

Why STAT Central exists

Organizations often have capable people and useful tools, but the process between them is harder than it should be.

“I do not want to sell you a platform. I want to understand the work, find what is making it harder, and help you build something useful.

STAT Central is built for organizations that need someone to look beyond the software and understand the process around it. That means listening to the staff doing the work, respecting the systems they have kept running, and improving one meaningful problem at a time.

  1. Respect the people holding the process together.

A workaround often exists because someone cared enough to keep the work moving.

  2. Choose the smallest fix that creates meaningful relief.

More software is not automatically more helpful.

  3. Leave the team with something they can understand and own.

The solution should not depend on mystery, jargon, or permanent outside control.

What working together should feel like

Calm, clear, and grounded.

No technical performance. No pressure to pretend the process is cleaner than it is.

Bring the real version. That is enough.

The first useful conversation is about how the work happens now, where people lose time, and what you wish were easier to know.
