Automation / practical AI
Let the repeatable work repeat itself.
Show Jeremy the copying, chasing, retyping, or report preparation your team keeps doing. Start with one useful improvement—not a whole-business transformation.
Recognize your project?
A clear place to start.
For small businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, churches, and teams with a real job to get done—locally or remotely where the work fits.
Forms, approvals, and follow-up
Route requests, notify the right person, make ownership visible, and send appropriate reminders.
Spreadsheets and recurring reports
Reduce repeated exports, cleanup, and data movement with a repeatable reporting path.
Documents and connected systems
Generate or move documents and connect supported tools through their available APIs and integrations.
AI with a specific job
Explore summarizing, extracting, classifying, or drafting within a defined task—with appropriate human review and data-handling safeguards.
What the engagement includes
Defined work.
Clear ownership.
Each project identifies its trigger, inputs, output, owner, exceptions, failure behavior, test cases, and handoff. We check whether your existing tools can do the work before adding another platform.
AI-assisted work starts as a bounded pilot when its reliability is not yet established. No autonomous high-stakes decisions, guaranteed AI accuracy, or implied 24/7 monitoring. Ongoing support is a separate agreement.
Paid work starts only after scope and price are agreed. Ongoing changes and support are separate unless your agreement includes them.
How a project works →Think beyond the first fix
Make the whole handoff work.
Forms and automation can become a focused internal tool when a workflow needs more than another email. The goal is a useful, understandable process that someone on your team owns.
