The Messy Process Checkup may collect your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, preferred response method, and the process description or context you enter. STAT Central may also receive information through phone calls and later business conversations.
Please do not submit passwords, private files, financial account data, medical information, customer records, employee records, or confidential details through the public form. A general description is enough to begin.
How information is used
Responding to inquiries and evaluating fit.
Submitted information is used to review the request, respond using the preferred method, discuss possible services, prepare scoped recommendations when appropriate, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary business communications. STAT Central does not sell visitor information.
Service providers
Hosting and email delivery.
The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Form submissions are delivered through configured email infrastructure, which may include an email delivery provider. Information handled by those providers is also subject to their applicable service and privacy terms.
The public site does not require a visitor account. No advertising tracker or behavioral advertising feature is intentionally described or enabled by this repository.
Retention and security
Reasonable safeguards and limited collection.
The form uses same-origin checks, a hidden spam field, request limits, server-side validation, and secure transport requirements. Reasonable steps are used to limit unnecessary exposure, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
Inquiry information may be retained in business email or related records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Avoiding sensitive information in the first request remains the safest approach.
