We define a bounded first release, supported users and roles, data sources, access assumptions, acceptance criteria, ownership, and a stabilization period. Useful existing software stays in place.
This is not an open-ended promise to build any software at any price. Large SaaS products, native apps, regulated applications, and systems requiring continuous operations are not standard packages.
Paid work starts only after scope and price are agreed. Ongoing changes and support are separate unless your agreement includes them.
