Fix / improve existing technology
You may not need to start over.
Bring the website, business software, report, integration, or stalled project that is not doing what you need. First, find out what is wrong—and what is worth keeping.
Recognize your project?
A clear place to start.
For small businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, churches, and teams with a real job to get done—locally or remotely where the work fits.
A website that gets in the way
Improve a confusing, dated, or broken experience instead of assuming every problem needs a complete rebuild.
Software your team works around
Examine configuration, roles, forms, routing, reports, and adoption—including business-process uses of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
A report or integration that never settled
Trace the information, assumptions, errors, and handoffs before making a controlled change.
A technology project that stalled
Help clarify scope, work with vendors, test the result, and turn an unfinished effort into a responsible next step.
What the engagement includes
Defined work.
Clear ownership.
The first step is a fit and feasibility check. We establish ownership, available access, backups or rollback, platform limitations, and a bounded improvement before touching a live system.
For business websites, applications, and workflows—not home IT, printer/device/Wi-Fi repair, a managed helpdesk, cybersecurity monitoring, or emergency response.
Paid work starts only after scope and price are agreed. Ongoing changes and support are separate unless your agreement includes them.
How a project works →Think beyond the first fix
Keep the work that is worth keeping.
Jeremy has taken an incomplete business platform into operational use while preserving a vendor’s completed work. Knowing what not to replace is part of the service.

Tell Jeremy what you need. You do not have to know the technology or have a finished brief.
