Acceptance and eligibility
You may use Batch Mix only if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you and your use is lawful. Batch Mix is a professional field utility and is not directed to children. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Limited app license and appropriate use
Stat Central LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Batch Mix on devices you control, subject to these terms and the applicable Apple or Google store terms.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, bypass access controls, interfere with operation, misrepresent the app, use it to violate law or another person’s rights, or use it as the sole authority for a chemical or jobsite decision. Batch Mix, its design, code, branding, and supplied content remain owned by Stat Central LLC or its licensors.
For an Apple-distributed copy, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where incorporated by the App Store. If a store term conflicts with these terms for store-controlled matters, the applicable store term controls.
Your saved information
You retain responsibility for information you enter, including names, notes, tags, surface or equipment context, and saved mixes. Do not enter information you lack permission to use or sensitive information that does not belong in a device-local field utility.
Saved information stays on your device in the current app. You are responsible for maintaining any copy you need. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove it, and Stat Central cannot recover information it never received.
Safety and professional judgment
Batch Mix provides general estimates and educational information for pressure-washing and soft-washing work. It does not select a safe chemical, concentration, surface method, runoff plan, PPE, equipment setting, or jobsite procedure.
You are responsible for verifying every input and for the decision to mix, apply, or stop. Always follow current product labels, Safety Data Sheets, manufacturer and equipment instructions, training, local runoff and waste rules, and customer-property requirements. Never mix sodium hypochlorite with acids, ammonia, or unknown chemicals. Test a small hidden area first and stop when conditions or expected results are uncertain.

Free and Pro access
The Basic Calculator, gallons/liters, saved mixes, and included Surfactant Helper uses are available without a subscription. Batch Mix Pro adds Advanced Mode, downstream planning, Recipe Builder, the Field Guide, and continued Surfactant Helper access after the free allowance.
Users updating the same established app record retain the free calculator path. A prior paid download does not automatically create lifetime Pro access, and Pro does not remove the free calculator.
Subscriptions, trials, cancellation, restores, and refunds
Pro subscriptions are auto-renewing and purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Your store shows the current localized price, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, and any introductory offer for which its account systems determine you are eligible before purchase.
Manage or cancel through your store account. Cancellation generally prevents a future renewal and does not retroactively refund the current paid period unless the store decides otherwise. Use Restore purchase after returning to the same store account. The applicable store—not Stat Central—controls payment processing, trial eligibility, refunds, and final transaction state.
Service changes, availability, and termination
We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, maintenance, store requirements, or product operation. Availability can vary by device, operating system, country or region, and store.
We may terminate the license for material violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and general legal terms—will continue.
Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batch Mix is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or a particular job result. Estimates may be wrong when inputs are incomplete, source strength has changed, equipment behaves differently, or conditions are not represented.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stat Central LLC and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for chemical, property, environmental, personal, data, revenue, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use Batch Mix. Rights and liabilities that law does not allow to be waived remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Stat Central LLC against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or chemical/jobsite decisions made contrary to authoritative instructions. This obligation does not apply where prohibited by law or caused by Stat Central’s own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and general terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Kentucky.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without written consent; Stat Central may assign them with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the app business.
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after revised terms take effect indicates acceptance where allowed by law.
